Pure Country Pure Heart DVD Review

Holiday Contest and Sweeps recently had the pleasure to review a great family movie
from Warner Bros. Home Video called "Pure Country Pure Heart". This DVD provides
excellent entertainment for the entire family of all ages. This movie begins with two
sisters Ida and Piper and their hope of filling a dream of performing in Nashville one
day along with finding out more about their father.

A secret the two sister never knew was that their Father also had a musical talent
and worked on it before he met their mom and joined the Marines and sadly lost his
life after serving many years in Iraq. The girls really never knew their father but by
luck they discovered a secret that led them from rural Tennessee to Nashville to try
to find out who he really was.

As they learn the truth about their dad, they discover all the choices that he chose,
and they discover a better understanding about him and themselves as well of a special
bond the family held and that was the love of music. Ida and Piper discover that their
Dad was on the brinks of becoming a rising Country Music Star before having to go into
the Marines. The girls discover that they too have a musical talent that Dad had and began to
pursue it in Nashville by getting a chance to perform with Willie Nelson. The girls find that
reaching for your dreams just takes a little hard work and persistence.

This film mot only has great musical scores but it teaches us all that never give up
on reaching for your dreams. It just takes one step at a time and a lot of heart.
